Description of our offerings
Coaching
We believe that coaching is a tool that can support people in our movement ecosystem find pathways to move through issues and problems. We are trained by Coaching for Healing Justice and Liberation (CHJL) and the philosophy at the root of our coaching practice is that our coach partners (clients) already have the answers within them and what we do as coaches is create a container where we get to listen, ask questions and get curious about the issues the coach partner presents.

We work with people on an individual basis to bring into fruition practices and solutions they need to continue transforming. We meet with individuals for a specific amount of sessions.

Similar to individual coaching, we will focus on working with and guiding a group to collectively unearth practices and solutions that will support their connection to each other, themselves and their movement contribution.

We coach director teams in identifying their collective practice to lead from an embodied self that propels their teams visions and goals.

Workshops

Our Leadership Stance Workshop helps organizational leaders and teams develop a collective commitment to how they will show up for their organization in this season of work. Through self-assessment, group activities, and honest reflection, teams strengthen relational bonds and align on a shared approach to leadership that advances organizational wellbeing and drives transformational strategy toward the organization’s vision.
We guide teams in co-developing a leadership stance rooted in vulnerability, courage, and shared accountability. Participants leave with clear strategies for integrating this stance into daily practice, revisiting it over time, and making necessary pivots to sustain alignment and impact.

Effective delegation is essential for successful team and organizational performance, but it can be challenging for many reasons. This workshop helps leaders identify the root causes of delegation difficulties—such as lack of systems, perfectionism, trust issues, workload misalignment, staff underdevelopment—and develop strategies to address them. Drawing on The Management Center’s approach, we cover key delegation skills and best practices to help leaders delegate more effectively and build stronger teams.
Participants will learn how to:
Clarify Expectations: Define success using the 5 W's (What, Why, Where, When, Who) to ensure alignment.
Stay Engaged: Identify key checkpoints and products to monitor progress.
Debrief & Create Accountability: Establish debrief processes for feedback and continuous improvement.
Adapt Approach: Adjust engagement based on task complexity and team member capability.
This workshop equips leaders with practical tools for delegating effectively, fostering trust, and developing team members’ skills.

Our supervision workshops equip leaders to provide the support, accountability, and clarity needed for staff success. We focus on creating regular feedback loops, setting clear goals, and fostering mutual support. Tailored to address specific challenges, the workshops cover:

Our team building workshops center on fostering strong relationships, creativity, and joy within teams. We focus on creating a space for open communication, where team members feel supported in having difficult conversations, giving and receiving feedback, and navigating challenges together. Through co-creating agreements and defining team culture, we help teams build clarity on how to uphold and practice their values. We also ensure alignment on team goals, work delegation, and individual responsibilities while evaluating team systems and planning for adjustments as needed. The result is a cohesive team where collaboration thrives and everyone is empowered to contribute to shared success.

We know that feedback is a practice that can bring up a lot for people and that sometimes we stumble. This workshop helps participants develop the skills to give and receive feedback that is grounded, clear and compassionate. In this workshop we will explore how feedback can strengthen relationships and our movement spaces. We will practice and support participants arrive at a collective process.

This session equips participants with tools to navigate conflict in ways that center relationship building, repair, and collective care. By unpacking power dynamics, communication patterns, and restorative approaches, we transform conflict from a source of tension into an opportunity for growth and deeper alignment.

We partner with movement organizations to develop bold, adaptive strategies that drive systemic change. Rooted in political clarity, collective wisdom, and emergent practice, our approach goes beyond traditional consulting—we facilitate transformative processes that strengthen alignment, leadership, and impact.
